        Phase QA' s Individual Audit Service is designed for clients requiring high value document driven audit services on a limited basis. This is often sought by companies needing a rapid deployment of an audit team in "firefighting" mode where quality issues are known or suspected to exist. Phase supplies the industries best trained, best backed and most qualified inspectors in the business to support your QA inspection efforts throughout Asia.

  • On-site inspection services for audio, consumer and industrial goods.
  • Inspection criteria and all lot dispositions are made based on customer supplied documentation and instructions.
  • Images taken during the audit procedure are sent via e-mail or temporary FTP depending on overall file size and image quantity.
  • The QA Inspection Report is the actual report you will have in your inbox at the completion of a product audit. Phase policy dictates that the report should be in your hands within 24 hours of completion of the audit. However, our team challenges themselves to have reports to you within as short of a time as possible; typically within 4 to 6 hours.
  • Inspection results are stored electronically for 24 months.
  • Lot size and final determinations based on MIL-STD-105-E - Single sampling, GIL-2 unless otherwise specified by client.
  • Customers can enroll in a subscriptions program at any time; individual audit activities can be imported into the customer' s summary database supported in both of Phase QA' s subscription programs.

        While individual audits are often necessary; particularly when a company finds themselves in "firefighting" mode, the overall program effectiveness cannot compare with our subscription based audit plans. Customers selecting the Individual Audit Service plan as opposed to a subscription based plan are urged consider the overall impact of a case by case audit program. The fact is that even the best inspectors need some time to become "calibrated" with the expectations and tastes of a new client. This is not to say that a case by case audit is ineffective but that real program benefits are seen in long term audit programs.


        Not only is this a factor of the inspection staff learning about your product and company expectations, the vendor response is also a significant factor in most cases. Our subscription program clients typically observe significant improvements in the quality levels delivered by their respective manufacturing facilities where Phase QA inspectors are working on a regular basis.
