Conflict of interest also prevents Phase Group staff from entering into competitive business with the company or any customer or client of Phase Group Inc.
  • Nondisclosure and Protection of Intellectual Property – Phase Group corporate policy prohibits any actions or inactions which lead to the willful or accidental disclosure of intellectual property, trade secrets or other sensitive information whether the property of Phase Group, any division of Phase Group or any client or customer thereof.
