The Phase Group is managed according to Phase Group corporate policy and we are committed to being a leader in policy and practice as well as technical matters. Phase Group is sensitive to the requirements of our clients that offer goods or services as a contractor or subcontractor to the US General Services Administration. Phase supports accepted GSA guidelines for policy of operation, nondisclosure, human rights in the workplace, worker safety and the workplace, environmental and ethical policies.

- Conflict of Interest – Phase Group staff must avoid any activity that leads to a potential conflict of interest with the company or any client or customer of Phase Group Inc. This includes but is not limited to the giving or receipt of gifts, bribes or beneficial treatment (“favors”) in exchange for services, award of business or other preferential treatment to or from a potential customer, supplier, government or non-government agency. Conflict of interest also prevents Phase Group staff from entering into competitive business with the company or any customer or client of Phase Group Inc.
- Nondisclosure and Protection of Intellectual Property – Phase Group corporate policy prohibits any actions or inactions which lead to the willful or accidental disclosure of intellectual property, trade secrets or other sensitive information whether the property of Phase Group, any division of Phase Group or any client or customer thereof.
