The Phase Design headquarters are located in the Bao An district of Shenzhen, China. At 10,000 square feet, this is one of the largest and best equipped service facilities in Asia. The Phase Design facility includes a well equipped office and conferencing environment equipped to contemporary standards including wireless broadband, high end projection system, large interactive drawing boards, conference telephony equipment and so on. Complimenting our office layout and conferencing facility, we also have an IEC 268 compliant listening environment.

Phase Design has the distinct advantage of being able to leverage the capabilities of our Quality Assurance and automation groups- giving our Design division unprecedented capabilities where specialized services are important.

Within the Design group, there is a full time mechanical and electrical engineering team, a full service machine and prototyping shop including 4 axis CNC equipment, milling and turning centers complimented by a wide range of support equipment and tooling.

For fabrication and large part handling / inspection, our shop includes a 2 meter X 1.8 meter "00" grade surface stone. While this is used primarily as a fabrication base, it is quite useful for rough measurement of very large parts such as tower speakers, wraps etc...

Our standard design platform is SolidWorks and we support AutoCAD formats as well. CNC platforms are all MasterCAM based; the Phase Design team are all big advocates of 3D direct to CAM transfer and machine work for prototypes and critical path items.
